Youth Transition Conference (Chippewa Valley)

The Second Annual Youth Transition Conference will be held on Thursday, October 28, 2010 at the Plaza Convention Center in Eau Claire. The conference is designed for youth in the Chippewa Valley with disabilities that are either still in school or have recently transitioned from school; parents, family members and caregivers of youth with disabilities; educators of youth with disabilities; and other professionals and providers working with youth with disabilities.
