Two opportunities for free training-after which participants can receive a $50 stipend for presenting a powerpoint from the training to 10+ people. If two completed participants co-train, each will receive $50.
Topics covered
- Transition from school to life as required in IDEA-2004 and WI statute Chapter 115.
- Adult services as explained in The Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended in 1998. Also discussed- Section 504, Olmstead decision, and ADA Restoration Act.
- Tips and practice in presentation skills.
- Ideas for marketing your workshop.
