This workshop for families, healthcare providers and school professionals will be presented by Jamie Miller and Penelope Groth from Disability Rights Wisconsin. Participants will learn about:
- Services of the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC);
- Overview of Publicly Funded Long-Term Supports;
- Eligibility Criteria and Enrollment Process
The workshop will take place Saturday, April 24, 2010 from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Children's Hospital of WI (Auditorium, 9000 W. Wisconsin Avenue, Wauwatosa, WI 53226).
