The second Self-Determination Wisconsin Conference is being planned for October 12-14, 2009 at the Hyatt Regency in Downtown Milwaukee.
Join us as we share our experiences, gain greater knowledge and work together to make Self Directed Supports work in Wisconsin.
Lets learn together! Individuals with disabilities, their family and friends, service providers, MCO, Partnership, ADRC and IRIS Staff are encouraged to attend.
Registration will be open in August, 2009
