Focus of Presentation:  This presentation will cover a variety of community living options for adults with cognitive disabilities, developmental disabilities, physical and/or medical disabilities.  Speakers include those with personal and professional experiences with housing options.

Target Audience:  Please consider attending this workshop if you are a youth, parent, caregiver or service provider of youth interested in transitioning into community living.
