Plan to attend a Legislator Breakfast on Monday, April 27, 2009.  This event is sponsored by Make It Work Milwaukee! Coalition, People Can’t Wait — Milwaukee, Mental Health Task Force, and Behavioral Health Providers Group.

The event starts at 10:00am and ends at Noon.  It will be held at the Italian Community Center, 631 E. Chicago Avenue, Milwaukee.

Join the sponsors and other advocates as you enjoy breakfast with your elected officials and advocate for your priorities in the 2009-2011 state budget.

This is a great opportunity to meet other self-advocates, families, and professionals working together on community issues including aging, mental health, disability, transportation, family support services, education, public benefits and more.

There is no charge for this event but you must register and registration ends April 17, 2009.
