The Wisconsin Board for People with Developmental Disabilities (BPDD) recently announced the launch of a new statewide Disaster and Emergency Planning Project for people with disabilities.

The intent of the project is to provide easy to use information and strategies to people with disabilities in the event of a disaster or emergency. The project will work with state and local agencies, providers, and people with disabilities to create useful products. To find out more information about the project, contact Michael Steinhauer at 608-266-8337 or by email at: Michael.steinhauer@wisconsin.gov.
