The General Election is Tuesday, November 2, 2010.  You will be electing representatives in the U.S. Senate and House, state Senate and Assembly, Governor, Attorney General, and many local offices like Sheriff.

A common question voters ask is, “Who do I vote for?” That of course is something each voter needs to answer for themselves. Since you are electing people who will represent you, you need to find out which candidate best represents your views on the topics that most concern you. One of the ways a voter can gather that information is to attend a candidate forum.

There are several forums being held around the state that are sponsored by various disability and aging organizations. The content of the forums will focus on disability and aging issues like transportation, jobs, Social Security, housing, special education, and health care. The audience will have an opportunity to ask questions on these and other topics.
