A seclusion and restraint bill is being circulated among members of the legislature to see if they want to co-sponsor it. Legislators have until Friday, December 23, to sign on in support. On Thursday, November 10, 2011 the Joint Finance Committee of the state legislature will discuss a request from the Department of Health Services (DHS) to make changes to these programs.
