Family
Opportunity Act:
This legislation would provide Medicaid coverage to families with children with disabilities who are ineligible for coverage because their incomes are too high. If the state participates, families with incomes up to 300% of the federal poverty level would be able to buy Medicaid coverage on a sliding scale.
