Biennial Budget 2005-2007
Governor Doyle signed the state 2005-07 biennial budget into law. He made over a hundred vetoes in the budget sent to him from the Legislature. The DAWN budget summary shows the budget first proposed by Governor Doyle, changes made by the Joint Finance Committee and the legislature, and the final decisions made by Governor Doyle.

The biennial budget has a profound impact on children and adults with disabilities. The biennial budget sets the funding levels for aid to counties, Family Support Program, Medicaid services, regular and special education, elderly and disabled transportation and many other programs vital to people with disabilities.
