Transportation Finance and Policy Commission to hold public listening session May 31 in Eau Claire

The Transportation Finance and Policy Commission looks at the future of transportation funding for the state. In 2013, the Commission will submit a report to the Legislature that will shape transportation funding in Wisconsin for the next 10 years. That’s why your voice is important now.

If you have ideas or concerns about transportation funding in Wisconsin, attend the Commission’s listening session on Thursday, May 31 in Eau Claire, or submit your comments via email (details below). This is a terrific opportunity for advocates to discuss transportation issues that affect people with disabilities, including access to public mass transportation, paratransit services, and regional transportation systems. Please consider attending the listening session if these issues are important to you!

Listening session:

Thursday, May 31, 2012 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.

Sacred Heart Hospital (directions)

Community Auditorium

900 W. Clairemont Avenue

Eau Claire, Wisconsin
