Rep. Kathy Bernier will hold office hours to hear from her constituents about issues in the current legislative session. This is a great opportunity to raise awareness about state budget issues impacting people with disabilities. These issues include expansion of Family Care and IRIS statewide, funding to eliminate waiting lists in the Children’s Long-Term Care system, education funding, special needs vouchers, and expansion of Medicaid under the Affordable Care Act. Learn more about these issues with the 2013 Priorities for People with Disabilities in Wisconsin policy papers.

Rep. Bernier’s office hours will be held at the following locations and times:

7:00 AM
Altoona Family Restaurant
200 N. Hillcrest Parkway
Altoona, WI

9:30 AM
Norske Nook
13804 7th Street.
Osseo, WI

Constituents may RSVP to Rep. Bernier’s Madison office at (888) 534-0068, or simply drop by either location.
