The Milwaukee Health Care Partnership is sponsoring a series of trainings targeted to individuals assisting people with disabilities. The trainings provide information on the application process and benefits for a number of programs.

Trainings:

SSI/SSDI – Understanding the Application Process
April 17 (Tuesday) and April 19 (Thursday)
1:00 – 3:00 p.m. (both days)
United Way of Greater Milwaukee

Medicaid for Adults with Disabilities – EBD, DAC, MAPP & Other Programs
9:30 – 11:30 a.m. on May 8 (Tuesday) and 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. on May 10 (Thursday)
Aurora Family Services

HIRSP – Health Insurance Risk Sharing Plan
June 12 (Tuesday) from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
